Help us build an award-winning ice cream newsletter — one of our most important revenue streams, driving ticket sales, community growth, affiliate revenue, and brand advertising. Our Year 1 goal is 100,000 subscribers, with a long-term vision of 1 million. This is a project-based, long-term role — as long as you're delivering results, you have a home here.

Your Three KPIs:
SUBSCRIBERS (Y1) 100,000
OPEN RATE 40-55%+
CTR 3-8%+

What You'll Do:
• Own the strategy: content calendar, cadence, growth, and monetization roadmap.
• Write newsletters people open: and track opens, CTR, and growth to keep improving.
• Build monetization: affiliate links and brand-sponsored content.
• Grow the list: lead magnets, partnerships, and social promotion.

What We're Looking For:
• 4+ years of progressive success: proven newsletter growth backed by real stats.
• Monetization experience required: affiliate, sponsored content, or brand partnerships.
• Platform experience: Behiiv, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Strong writing & design eye: warm, on-brand, and built for joy.
• Self-directed & data-obsessed: reliable, always chasing the next improvement.
