Nurse Practitioner

Tasks

• Provide primary health care services to clients of the Co-operative Health Centre in Prince Albert.
• Health promotion and protection, disease and injury prevention, provision of supportive, instructive, treatment and urgent care services; collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals; conducting community needs assessments and participating in evaluative projects.
• Lead or collaborate with other health-care team members, other sectors and/or the community in initiatives that promote health and reduce the risk of complications, illness and injury for their individual clients, client groups and/or the population as a whole.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized Nursing Education Program.
• Current registration or eligible for registration with the SR

• Full-Time
• Permanent

Pay

• As per CUPE Local 3963 - In Scope ($52.59 - $62.91)
