Key Responsibilities
Coordinate ocean import/export shipments and monitor shipment milestones.
Communicate with carriers, overseas agents, truckers, customs brokers, and customers.
Prepare and review shipping documentation.
Track vessel schedules, containers, deliveries, and deadlines.
Resolve operational issues and keep customers informed.
Maintain accurate shipment records and billing information.

Requirements
2+ years of ocean freight forwarding experience preferred.
Knowledge of FCL/LCL shipments and ocean freight documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Experience with CargoWise software is a plus.
