Kroscut Shopfitters is looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize office documentation and perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records. Provide administrative support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings efficiently. Maintain office supplies inventory ensuring all necessary materials are available at all times. Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Monitor and update company databases to ensure data integrity and easy accessibility. Facilitate effective communication between team members and department heads to support operational efficiency. Contribute to special projects and initiatives assigned by management to improve office functionality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
