This full-time role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing high-level executive support in a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing detailed reports. Coordinate and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and communication across departments. Serve as a professional point of contact for external clients and stakeholders.
