Olmstead Housing Specialist

Assist individuals seeking eligibility for housing subsidies to transition from institutional settings to the community. Work as part of a coordinated Independent Living service team.

Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field
• 2+ years of related human services experience
• Housing, Independent Living, long-term care, or disability rights experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Reliable transportation required
