Responsibilities
- Assist individuals seeking eligibility for housing subsidies to transition from institutional settings to the community.
- Work as part of a coordinated Independent Living service team.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field.
- 2+ years of related human services experience.
- Housing, Independent Living, long-term care, or disability rights experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
