On Everything Specialist – Malkonory, Borno State, Nigeria

Afaq Humanitarian Aid Organization is seeking a full-time On Everything Specialist in Malkonory, Borno State, Nigeria. This position supports daily operations and helps advance the organization’s humanitarian mission. The role is listed as on-site and reports to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and follow organizational policies.
• Coordinate communication across departments to improve workflows.
• Help develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare reports that summarize operational metrics and insights for management.
• Train and mentor new employees on quality standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with external partners and maintain productive working relationships.
• Track project progress and support planning and project management activities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
• One to three years of experience in an operational or administrative position.
