What We're Looking ForEssential RequirementsNative-level or highly proficient English communication skills (C1/C2 level).Fluent Spanish speaker.Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English online or in a traditional classroom environment.Accredited TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA qualification (120 hours or more).Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, Education, or a related field (completed or currently in progress).Familiarity with CEFR frameworks and ESL assessment practices.Strong digital literacy and excellent interpersonal communication skills.Clear criminal record.
Technical RequirementsComputerIntel® Core™ i5 processor (or equivalent) running at 2.40GHz or higher.Minimum 8GB RAM.
InternetReliable fibre internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.Wired LAN connection required.
Power BackupUPS or alternative backup power solution capable of supporting equipment / internet connectivity for 4–5 hours is highly recommended.
Teaching EquipmentNoise-cancelling headset with microphone.HD webcam (720p or higher).Quiet, professional, and well-lit teaching environment suitable for online instruction.
