Recruiting Agency 360 is looking for an Online Growth and Community Manager The vision of RA360 is to make entrepreneurship easier for anyone who wants to start or grow a recruiting agency. We do this by providing training, consulting, and coaching to a specific niche of business founders: recruiting and staffing agency owners. As the Community Manager, your mission will be to provide an excellent experience for founders. You'll listen to their needs, understand their pain points, and passionately support them in finding solutions. You will offer ideas, tighten communication gaps, and make decisions that lend to making people feel heard, and encouraging them to engage in our community.
