QUALIFICATIONS: - At least a College Graduate of any 4-year course. - Experience in e-commerce operations in an advantage. - Knowledgeable in managing Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Outright Stores. - Able to handle customer service, including inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support. - Can create and manage social media content, promotions, and campaigns. - Experience in photo editing, graphic editing, and product photography is an advantage. - Able to monitor and analyze sales performance. - Willing to participate in sales events, bazaars, and promotional activities. - Computer literate, organized, and keen to details. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. - Amenable to work in New Manila, Quezon City.
