Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online training sessions for Technical Support and IT Support candidates.
- Teach practical L1/L2 Technical Support and Service Desk concepts.
- Provide training on ServiceNow and other ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Explain ticket creation, categorization, prioritization, assignment, escalation, SLA management, and closure.
- Train candidates on troubleshooting Windows, Networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and application issues.
- Provide real-world troubleshooting scenarios and interview preparation.
- Teach professional customer communication and ticket documentation.
- Explain Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.
- Conduct mock tickets, troubleshooting exercises, and interview sessions.
- Track candidate progress and provide feedback.
- Help candidates improve their technical knowledge, communication, and confidence.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Helpdesk.
- Strong L1/L2 support experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Outlook, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Good presentation and teaching skills.
- Comfortable conducting training completely online.
