• Assist customers with travel inquiries by providing detailed information on destinations, accommodations, and travel packages.
• Manage bookings and reservations with accuracy and timely completion.
• Communicate effectively to understand client travel preferences and offer customized solutions.
• Resolve booking issues using strong problem-solving skills.
• Balance multiple tasks efficiently, aligning customer needs with company objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets by promoting additional services and upgrades.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; education in hospitality or travel management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
