Key Responsibilities
- Partner with departments to identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and implement streamlined procedures aligned with operational goals.
- Analyze operational data and share insights to support decisions and planning.
- Assist with employee training and onboarding on operational best practices.
- Maintain accurate process documentation, including standard operating procedures and workflows.
- Contribute to project teams delivering operational initiatives and new processes.
- Track success metrics, assess the impact of changes, and recommend improvements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, project management software, and data visualization tools.
- One to three years of experience in operations support or a similar role.
- Lean Management or Six Sigma certification is preferred, but not required.
Team and Compensation
Work as part of a dedicated operations team and report to the Operations Manager. The collaborative environment supports professional development and teamwork. Compensation is 23000 per month.
