Key Responsibilities Collaborate with multiple departments to identify and prioritize areas for process improvement and operational efficiency. Develop and implement streamlined procedures aligned with Renault Nissan’s operational goals and industry best practices. Analyze operational data and metrics to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Assist in training and onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, SOPs, and process changes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing. Participate actively in project teams focused on operational initiatives, new system rollouts, and continuous improvement efforts. Monitor success metrics post-implementation and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes and sustain improvements. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations support, process improvement, or a similar role within manufacturing or automotive sectors. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management software, and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Preferred: Certifications in Lean Management, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement frameworks. Experience working in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
