Operations Enablement Associate

We are seeking an Operations Enablement Associate to join our dynamic team in Tambaram, Tamil Nadu, India. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Develop and implement streamlined procedures to support the organization’s operational goals. Analyze operational data to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning. Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees to ensure adherence to operational best practices. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, including standard operating procedures and workflows. Participate in project teams focused on operational initiatives and new process implementations. Monitor success metrics to measure the impact of changes and recommend further adjustments as needed. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies. Proficient in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel, project management software, and data visualization tools. 1-3 years of experience in operations support or a similar role. Certifications in Lean Management or Six Sigma are preferred but not required. The Operations Enablement Associate will work within a dedicated operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
