Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field preferred. Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion and ability to advise customers on style choices.
