Assist with inventory management, including receiving new merchandise and conducting stock counts. Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and ensure exceptional customer service. Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and store promotions to effectively assist customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion retail. Strong sales skills focused on customer satisfaction and relationship building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player. Passion for fashion with the ability to provide style advice confidently. Experience using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
