Xavier Techkers is hiring a full-time Operations Executive in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. This on-site role supports daily business operations, improves workflows, and helps teams deliver operational excellence. You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to process improvements and company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks in line with company policies and standards.
- Review workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and support projects.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports and metrics to management.
- Serve as a first point of contact for operational issues and help resolve them promptly.
- Support inventory management and coordinate routine supply chain activities.
- Help develop and implement operational strategies.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
