Tasks
- Lead end-to-end integration initiatives and transition programs
- Drive M&A integration planning and execution
- Facilitate cross-functional teams and governance meetings
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and integration scorecards
- Provide executive updates and strategic recommendations
- Support operational transformation and system implementation efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of cross-functional Project/Program Management experience
- Proven success leading M&A or business integration initiatives
- Strong Change Management and Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience driving project plans, milestones, risk management, and executive reporting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills
- PMP or formal Project Management training preferred
