Operations Manager

Salary Range:
₱30,000 - ₱60,000.00
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must graduate a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity, preferably in a with background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
• Knowledgeable in Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), Food Safety Regulations, and HACCP protocols.
• Willing to work in Timobandlake Duty.
• Can start immediately.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and standardized execution.
• Ensure accurate inventory management.
• Enforce proper ordering, receiving, and storage procedures.
• Monitor KPI’s such as productivity, acceptance and on-time delivery.
• Profitability management (cost control, labor and waste management, inventory optimization).
• Address operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and service protocols.
