Operations Manager

About the role

Onterris is seeking an Operations Manager to start up and manage the day-to-day operations and growth of its new Permian Basin office. The role includes growing and managing financial operations and building a soil and groundwater remediation practice, including recruiting local personnel.

The existing team includes approximately 7 field technicians. The Operations Manager will support local growth staffing as needed for various Onterris service lines and cross-train field staff.

Responsibilities

• Start up and manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the new office in the Permian Basin.
• Grow and manage financial operations and build a soil and groundwater remediation practice.
• Recruit local personnel and support local growth staffing as needed for various Onterris service lines.
• Cross-train field staff.
• Engage with client contacts and work with other Onterris salespeople to develop the Permian Basin market.
• Ensure each service line consistently produces profitable work in a safe, organized and cost-effective manner.
• Work in the office environment to mentor and lead the team.

Benefits

The compensation range is $160,000 to $190,000, in addition to an annual bonus (12%), commensurate with experience, skills and geographic location.
