Operations Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• Proven leadership capabilities with at least four (4) years of management experience. At least three (3) years of experience in hotel or dormitory operations management is required. Business start-up or pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to maintain high operational standards while exercising sound cost control and expense management.
• Demonstrated leadership in people management, employee engagement, talent development and retention, organizational culture, diversity, and team building. Excellent motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Possesses a "can do, will do" attitude and is a hands-on leader.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is required.
