The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and oriented around measurable impact.Role Description The Operations Manager / Chief of Staff is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting executive decision-making. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including planning, tracking, and improving workflows, processes, and internal communication. The person in this position will coordinate strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, prepare executive briefings, and ensure timely follow-up on key decisions and action items. They will analyze operational data, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery. The role also involves partnering closely with leadership to align priorities, streamline meetings, manage calendars and project timelines, and maintain a high standard of execution across the organization.QualificationsStrong operations and project management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination.Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic planning, prioritization, and preparation of reports, presentations, or decision materials.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.High level of analytical and problem-solving ability, including comfort with data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Background in consulting, operations, strategy, or a similar field; experience in high-growth or client-facing environments is a plus.Comfort with modern productivity tools and platforms (e.g., project management software, collaboration tools, cloud-based documentation).
