Operations Manager - Food Industry in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

About the Role

As an Operations Manager at AIDOM, you will lead all operational and production activities across the central kitchen and all Cinnabon stores. You will ensure flawless execution of processes, meet commercial and financial goals, develop highly engaged teams, drive continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the comprehensive operation of all Cinnabon stores under your management.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards for operations, quality, service, and image.
• Conduct regular visits to stores to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and verify correct implementation of operational procedures.
• Implement promotions, marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate programs effectively.
• Lead action plans derived from operational audits and performance evaluations.

Production and Supply Chain Management

• Manage the central kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure recipes, product specifications, and brand processes are strictly followed.
• Plan production schedules based on demand and store requirements.
• Guarantee timely procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and critical supplies.
• Supervise efficient distribution of products to stores, maintaining quality and availability.

Food Safety and Hygiene

• Ensure full compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout operations.
