Role: Operations/Compute Resources Specialist

Location: Remote (Boulder, Colorado preferred)

Duration: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Major Incident and Change Processes effectively.
• Prioritize operational tasks based on severity and impact.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, and Teams proficiently.
• Operate and troubleshoot within Windows operating systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of incident management and change management processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with preference for candidates near Boulder, CO.
