Job description
About the role
Eyetastic Services® is seeking a cornea surgeon to join a thriving ophthalmology practice. Collaborate with seven accomplished surgeons, an experienced optometrist, and a skilled team to provide exceptional eye care and improve patients’ quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose corneal and anterior segment conditions and determine when surgery is needed.
- Perform corneal transplantation (PK, DSAEK, DMEK), pterygium excision, anterior segment reconstruction, and other precise, minimally invasive procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments for corneal and refractive procedures, and monitor corneal healing and vision recovery.
- Treat corneal disorders, ocular surface disease, complex anterior segment pathology, and refractive surgery cases such as LASIK and PRK.
- Collaborate with surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and front-office staff to deliver comprehensive care.
