Compensation

Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 Bonus opportunity available after six months.

Job Summary

A well-established, medically focused optometry practice in Northern Arizona is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join its growing team. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye examinations and provide medical optometry services. Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and other eye conditions. Co-manage cataract and other surgical patients in collaboration with ophthalmic specialists. Educate patients on eye health, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Collaborate closely with clinical and optical support staff to ensure exceptional patient care. See an average of approximately 25 patients per day.

Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program. Active Arizona Optometry license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Strong clinical skills and excellent patient communication abilities. Interest in medical optometry and comprehensive eye care. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
