📢 WE’RE HIRING: Oracle Cloud Project Coordinator
📍 Location: Remote (Nashville, TN)
📅 Contract: 6 Months (Likely Extension to 12 Months)
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Project coordination and meeting scheduling
Preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items
Project artifact and documentation management
Invoice processing and budget/financial tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP or Oracle Cloud implementations
Familiarity with Smartsheet or Jira
Public sector project experience
Candidates should have proven experience in project coordination, administrative support, or project team operations.
