We are actively hiring an experienced Oracle EBS Financial Functional Consultant/Developer with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 Financials. This is a closeable position with an immediate interview process.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience
✔️ Strong functional expertise in:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
✔️ Experience with Oracle EBS:
Financial configurations and setups
Business process analysis
Production support
Functional design and solution delivery
✔️ Strong hands-on technical expertise in:
PL/SQL
Oracle Forms & Reports
Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
Oracle Workflow
XML Publisher / BI Publisher
Interfaces & Conversions
✔️ Experience with:
RICEW Components
Oracle APIs & Open Interfaces
Data Conversions
Functional & Technical Documentation
Cross-functional collaboration
✔️ Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 upgrades, enhancements, and integrations

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
✅ Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
✅ Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, workflows, forms, and extensions
✅ Perform system configurations, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support
✅ Design and implement RICEW components, APIs, and data conversion solutions
✅ Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS solutions
✅ Support upgrades, integrations, testing, deployments, and release activities

🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials integrations or migration projects
⭐ Oracle EBS R12.2 implementation and upgrade experience
⭐ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
