Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Inventory, Shipping Execution, and Purchasing modules. The ideal candidate should have proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations and supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supply Chain business processes.

Required Skills:
7-10 years of Oracle EBS Functional consulting experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Inventory.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Shipping Execution.
Strong experience in Oracle Purchasing.
Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes.
Experience in Inventory transactions, Receiving, Shipping, Procurement, and Material Management.
Experience gathering business requirements and designing Oracle EBS solutions.
Hands-on Oracle EBS configuration experience.
Experience creating BRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDD), MD50s, and Test Scripts.
Experience supporting CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
Experience working with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE Components).
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure Oracle Inventory, Shipping, and Purchasing modules.
Design and recommend Oracle EBS functional solutions.
Prepare functional documentation.
Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, customizations, and integrations.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
Participate in Go-Live and post-production support.
Work closely with business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
