Job description
About the role
You’ll bridge the gap between technical execution and human adoption-guiding teams through cultural shifts, designing stakeholder strategies, and ensuring sustainable Agile practices take root.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management (tech/Agile transformations).
- Active OCM certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar strongly preferred).
- Strong grasp of Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and the cultural shifts required.
- Proven expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and resistance management.
- Experience in government or highly regulated environments is a huge plus!
