Tasks

• Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
• Drive technology transformation and AI-centric adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals and transformation initiatives.
• Provide executive-level updates and progress reports to CIO leadership.
• Develop change strategies to improve organizational readiness and technology adoption.
• Support teams in adapting to emerging technologies and evolving business practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
• Enterprise-wide transformation and technology change experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in organizational readiness and technology adoption.
• Preferred: Experience with AI-driven transformation and emerging technologies.
• Candidates based in or near Minneapolis, MN, are strongly preferred.
