Outbound Operations Lead

At least 2 years of Lead or Supervisor experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment. Hands-on experience with WMS and RF scanners. Strong knowledge of picking, packing, staging, shipping, and inventory procedures. Ability to lead, train, and hold a team accountable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Must be comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor. This is a hands-on leadership position—not a desk-only role!
