Packer and Unloader Job in Kestopur, West Bengal, India

Deepmala Prasad is hiring a dedicated and hardworking Packer and Unloader to join our warehouse team in Kestopur, West Bengal, India. This full-time role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring efficient packing and unloading of goods to meet client demands and maintain smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products for shipment following company guidelines to ensure safe delivery.
• Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and organize products efficiently.
• Label packed items accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in packing and unloading areas.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock level management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing and unloading targets.
• Report any shipment discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) required.
• Skills: Proficient in packing and unloading techniques.
• Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and work closely with Inventory Management and Shipping & Receiving departments to ensure operational efficiency. We offer growth opportunities through on-the-job training and a supportive work environment.

Compensation: ₹13,000 per month
