Paid Social Media Manager

Tasks

• You'll plan, buy and optimize campaigns yourself across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube, and work alongside a North American brand and media team.
• Full-funnel campaigns, with a big focus on awareness and engagement
• Measurement that holds up: CAPI, Pixel, MMPs, deep linking, cross-device tracking
• First-party audiences and optimizing toward what people actually do on site and in app
• Lots of testing across creative, audiences, bidding and landing experiences
• Early work in live shopping and creator-led commerce

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in paid digital media, including 4+ hands-on in paid social
• Experience buying directly on Meta, TikTok and Reddit (YouTube/DV360 a big plus)
• Comfort setting up and troubleshooting tracking, not just reading the dashboard
• Someone who can run several campaigns at once without needing much direction
• Bonus points for TikTok Shop, livestream or shoppable video experience.

Schedule

• 12-month contract-to-hire
• hybrid 2 days a week in downtown Toronto
