Project Details:Client is seeking a Palantir Developer to support a temporary coverage need during a team member's maternity leave. This consultant will overlap with the current resource prior to leave for knowledge transfer, provide support throughout the leave period, and assist during the transition back to the role. The ideal candidate will combine strong Palantir development experience, supply chain domain knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business users. This person should be equally comfortable building simple solutions and presenting analytical findings to stakeholder groups.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance Palantir-based supply chain solutions and applications.Develop and maintain data models and analytical workflows within the Palantir platform.Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.Lead discussions with end users and business teams, clearly explaining how solutions work and why specific approaches have been implemented.Analyze supply chain data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Participate in knowledge transfer activities before and after the current team member's maternity leave.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing solutions.

Musts:Hands-on experience developing solutions within the Palantir platform.Strong experience with data modeling and analytical problem-solving.Functional knowledge of supply chain operations, including planning, inventory, logistics, or related areas.Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.Proven experience facilitating discussions and presenting solutions to business stakeholders.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to build and deploy straightforward, practical solutions that address business needs.
Pluses:Experience supporting enterprise-scale supply chain technology initiatives.Background working closely with business users in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
