Job description
Tasks
- Provides compassionate care and symptom management for patients with serious illnesses.
Requirements
- 1+ year relevant experience
- Valid and active RN License
- Valid DL & reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable driving throughout an assigned coverage area
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Ideal Experience Includes: Palliative Care, Hospice, Home Health, ICU, Oncology, Case Management / Care Coordination
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
- No weekends or on-call
- Full-Time
