Clover Area Assistance Center is seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Part-Time Pantry Manager to oversee the daily operations of our full-choice food pantry.

This is a very active, hands-on position that involves managing inventory, processing donations, stocking shelves, directing volunteers, and keeping the pantry and storage areas clean and organized. The Pantry Manager will spend most of the workday on their feet and must be comfortable with frequent lifting and physical activity.

The ideal candidate will have grocery store or grocery management experience, strong organizational skills, and experience supervising or managing others. Because volunteers are an essential part of our pantry operations, candidates should be comfortable providing direction, assigning tasks, and working alongside volunteers.

Primary Responsibilities
• Manage pantry inventory, stocking, organization, and product rotation.
• Receive, unload, sort, weigh, and process food donations.
• Direct and work alongside pantry volunteers and Pantry Experience Coordinator.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming pantry and warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate pantry needs to Executive Director.
• Assist with food deliveries and large donations.
• Help ensure clients have a welcoming and dignified pantry experience.
• Perform other duties as needed to support pantry operations.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements
• Grocery store management, grocery department, or similar inventory-based experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing or directing employees or volunteers preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
