You will develop communication strategies, moderate online platforms, and organize virtual events to enhance parent engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage the parent community. Manage and moderate online forums and social media platforms to encourage discussions and share valuable parenting resources. Organize virtual events and webinars focused on relevant parenting topics to ensure high participation. Serve as a liaison between parents and Vyagale’s Academy, collecting feedback to improve community initiatives. Monitor parenting trends and community engagement to keep content relevant and impactful. Create informative and supportive content that resonates with parents and promotes interaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance community programs and support structures. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and supportive tone. Experience in community management or social media engagement. Familiarity with digital tools for community engagement and content management. Proficiency in online communication platforms and social media channels.
