Parent Community Manager Freelance Remote - Mexico City

Vyagale’s Academy is seeking a passionate Parent Community Manager to join our team on a freelance, remote basis from Mexico City. In this role, you will foster a supportive and engaging environment for parents, enhancing communication and building a vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage parents.
• Manage and moderate online forums and social media platforms to encourage discussions and share valuable parenting resources.
• Organize virtual events and webinars on relevant parenting topics to maximize participation.
• Serve as a liaison between parents and Vyagale’s Academy, collecting feedback to inform community initiatives.
• Monitor parenting trends and community engagement to maintain relevant and impactful content.
• Create informative, supportive content that resonates with parents and promotes interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve community programs and support structures.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, supportive tone.
• Experience in community management or social media engagement.
• Familiarity with digital tools for community engagement and content management.
• Proficiency in online communication platforms and social media channels.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
