Manage multiple customer interactions effectively through strong time management. Document customer feedback and interactions to support continuous service improvement. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall service quality. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently. Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. Flexibility to work varied hours based on workload demands.
