Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
- Help customers with product information, orders, and returns, and enter information accurately.
- Address complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize work effectively.
- Document customer conversations and feedback to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and sales and logistics teams to coordinate customer support.
- Participate in training to build product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours as workload requires.
Team and Reporting
You will report to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with team members and other departments to help deliver a seamless customer experience.
