Part-Time Maintenance Helper

AS NEEDED
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drywall repairs (small patches/holes)
• Interior painting
• Occasional maintenance and repair calls
• Assist with various residential and property management projects
REQUIREMENTS
• Dependable vehicle (travel to Knoxville, Morristown, and surrounding areas is required)
• Must have your own basic tools
• Experience with drywall repair and painting is required
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
