Part-Time Recruiter

Support our growing manufacturing operations. Connect with candidates via phone outreach and screening calls. Partner with our hiring managers to coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process. Attend career fairs and recruiting events as a representative of TruCut. Develop relationships with local schools, training programs, and workforce partners. Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related projects as needed. Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
