Role Description The Pasante Audio role is a full-time hybrid position, based in Privada Villa Corregidora, QUE, with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with live sound setup and operation for events, supporting audio recording sessions, and helping configure and maintain audio visual (AV) systems. The role involves basic audio editing and mixing tasks, organizing project files, and ensuring consistent sound quality across different productions. The Pasante Audio will also help document projects for internal use and social media content, collaborate with senior audio engineers, and participate in routine equipment checks and studio maintenance. This position is designed to offer hands-on learning and gradual responsibility growth in a supportive, professional environment.
Qualifications

Foundational skills in Live Sound and Audio Engineering, with an interest in learning professional techniques.Basic experience with Audio Editing and familiarity with common digital audio workstations (DAWs).Understanding of Audio Visual (AV) Systems, including signal flow, cabling, and equipment setup.Comfort using Social Media platforms to support studio visibility and share project highlights.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow technical and safety guidelines.Ability to work on-site in Privada Villa Corregidora, QUE, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Relevant academic background or current studies in audio engineering, music production, media, or a related field.Basic knowledge of acoustics, microphones, and audio equipment is beneficial but not required.
