• Proven passenger vehicle sales leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, develop and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Strong focus on sales targets, conversions and gross profit.
• Experience with CRM, deal structuring, trade-ins and finance handovers.
• Sound knowledge of stock pricing, ageing and retail readiness.
• Excellent customer service, communication and decision-making skills.
• Confident working at pace and representing a premium bra
