Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability and attractive presentation. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold high standards of customer service. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, using problem-solving skills to enhance satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service experience in retail. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities. Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus. 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
