Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, providing knowledgeable advice on products and services. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and electronic payments securely. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as required to uphold product availability and presentation. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of service. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to enhance satisfaction. Participate in training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service experience in a retail setting. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and time management skills. Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is an advantage. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
