Qualifications:
- Support the production of cakes, pies, mousses, gelatin desserts, pastry creams, macarons, and other pastries.
- Attention to quality and detail
- Shift: 3-4 AM to 12:30-1:30 PM – Full-time position.
- Weekends & holidays required
