About the role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an essential role in creating the welcoming, personalized experience that defines our boutique practice in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic surgery or dermatology
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A warm, professional demeanour and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience in sales and marketing is an asset
- A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to patient care and safety
- English required
