Beronika home health care is hiring a compassionate Patient Caretaker / Home Attendant for a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The position pays 16000 per month and supports patients in a home environment, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Handle light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and upkeep of the living space.
- Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Support patients in taking medications on time according to their care plans.
- Encourage recreational activities and outings to promote engagement and social connection.
- Coordinate with families and healthcare staff to support continuity of care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Compassion, patience, mobility-assistance skills, and basic housekeeping abilities.
- No formal education is required. Caregiving experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Caregiving or first-aid certification is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
Work closely with patients and their families in a supportive team environment. This role reports to the Care Coordinator and collaborates with healthcare professionals. This is a full-time, non-remote position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
