Beronika Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Patient Caretaker / Home Attendant to join our dedicated team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This full-time position plays a crucial role in delivering personalized care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in meaningful conversations and listening attentively. Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Monitor patients’ health conditions and promptly report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals. Ensure timely and accurate medication administration according to the patient’s care plan. Support recreational activities and outings to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation. Collaborate closely with family members and healthcare staff to ensure seamless and effective patient care. Required and Preferred Qualifications Skills: Compassion, patience, mobility assistance, and basic housekeeping skills. Education: No formal education required; caregiving experience preferred. Experience: Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not mandatory. Certifications: Caregiving or first aid certifications are preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will excel in a supportive team environment, working closely with patients and their families to meet individual needs. Reporting directly to the Care Coordinator, you will have opportunities to collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care quality.
