Tasks
- Provide additional administrative support in scheduling, patient communications, check-in/check-out, and payment collection while creating a welcoming, exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a medical practice; dermatology experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) like Nextech or EMA
- Strong communication, organization, reliability, and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy healthcare practice setting
- A commitment to teamwork and excellent patient service
