Payor Credentialing

WE ARE HIRING PAYOR CREDENTIALING

High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education is preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting (patient care) or equivalent experience in a healthcare BPO, medical group operations, payer, or contract administration.
Experience in cardiovascular or other specialty care is preferred.
Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity, and other payer portals is an advantage.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Athena, or eClinicalWorks is preferred.
Understanding of medical staff bylaws and credentialing committee workflows is an advantage.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic computer proficiency.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
