Job Summary
Technocraft Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Payroll & Travel & Expense (T&E) Business Analyst with strong implementation and product support expertise to drive global payroll and expense program initiatives. This role involves gathering detailed requirements, supporting system configuration, coordinating thorough testing, and ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of payroll and T&E solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and a deep understanding of end-to-end payroll workflows, integrations, and internal controls. Experience supporting T&E implementations and finance system integrations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Business Analyst supporting Payroll and T&E implementation projects
- Gather and document business requirements from Payroll, HR, Finance, and Accounting teams
- Support global payroll implementation activities including process mapping, requirements documentation, data validation, UAT planning and execution, and parallel payroll testing
- Support T&E implementation activities such as expense workflow mapping, policy requirements, approval flows, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to facilitate integrations (HRIS to payroll, payroll to GL, expense to accounting)
- Support payroll and expense reporting and reconciliation needs
- Track project deliverables, issues, and risks; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve challenges
- Develop training materials and support end-user adoption
Qualifications
- Proven experience with ADP GlobalView payroll system implementations and support
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, T&E workflows, and finance integrations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate across global teams
Compensation: $50 per hour
Employment Type: One-time project, remote eligible
