Payroll & T&E Business Analyst (ADP GlobalView) - Remote NYC

W2 Position - Remote Opportunity Role: Payroll & Travel & Expense (T&E) Business Analyst with expertise in ADP GlobalView Location: Remote (New York City, NY) Job Summary Technocraft Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Payroll & T&E Business Analyst to support global payroll and expense program initiatives. This role requires strong experience in ADP GlobalView implementation and product support, focusing on gathering requirements, configuration support, testing coordination, and ensuring successful rollout of payroll and T&E solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView, understands end-to-end payroll workflows, integrations, and controls, and has a background in T&E implementations and finance system integrations. Key Responsibilities Serve as Business Analyst for Payroll and T&E implementation projects Gather and document detailed business requirements from Payroll, HR, Finance, and Accounting teams Support global payroll implementation activities including process mapping, requirements documentation, data validation, UAT planning and execution, and parallel payroll testing Support T&E implementation activities such as expense workflow mapping, policy requirements, approval flows, and reporting needs Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to support integrations (HRIS to payroll, payroll to GL, expense to accounting) Assist with payroll and expense reporting requirements and reconciliation processes Track project deliverables, issues, and risks; coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution Develop training materials and support end-user training sessions Qualifications Proven experience with ADP GlobalView implementations and support Strong understanding of payroll workflows, T&E processes, and finance integrations Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work remotely and coordinate with global teams Compensation: $50 per hour Job Type: One-time project, remote eligible Join Technocraft Solutions LLC and contribute to global payroll and expense system success.
