PC&IS Electrical Engineer Jobs in Kansas City, KS

Appianinfotech is hiring on behalf of a confidential client for a full-time, onsite PC&IS (Electrical Engineer) in Kansas City, Kansas. This role is suited to an electrical and instrumentation professional experienced with process control systems and industrial environments.

Key responsibilities and qualifications

• Bring an electrical and instrumentation (E&I) background to process control and industrial engineering work.
• Work with PLC and SCADA systems, including Rockwell and Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Support MCCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Apply knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems.
• Work in accordance with relevant standards, including UL 508A, NEC, and NFPA 70E.
• Contribute to commissioning, startup, and validation activities.
• Experience in process plants, manufacturing, or industrial engineering is strongly preferred.
• USC, GC, or TN status is preferred.

Schedule and work location

• Employment: Full-time
• Work arrangement: Onsite five days per week; this position is not remote.
