Key Responsibilities Translate and proofread PDF documents, maintaining original layout and design integrity. Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and contextually relevant for target audiences. Collaborate closely with project managers to understand project scope and deliverables. Review and edit translations from team members to uphold high-quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality. Utilize translation software and tools to enhance workflow efficiency and consistency. Provide constructive feedback on translation processes and suggest improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience translating PDF documents. Fluency in English and at least one additional language. Familiarity with translation software and tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Certification in translation or related field preferred. 2+ years of relevant translation experience is advantageous.
